MVID 07h - Duplicate Address Test - DAT

New stations that insert into the ring have to perform a duplicate address test in order to ensure that there is no second station using the same MAC address.

A DAT frame will be issued with both source and destination address set to the new station's MAC address. The AC bits are both set to zero.

If the inserting station receives its own frame with the AC bits not equal to zero, another station uses the same MAC address; this will cause the new station to remove itself from the ring.
