Errors
These errors can be detect by normal Ethernet adapters (and by monitoring software using standard adapters):
> CRC error
> alignment error
> packet sShort
> packet long
> collision (packet short + CRC error)
These errors cannot be detected by standard Ethernet adapters:
> too short inter frame gap Inter Frame Gap
> heartbeat / SQE Heartbeat <> SQE
> wrong frame type (type/length field) Type / length field
> exceeded segment length Round Trip Delay: 51,2 µs
> cable error (cable short, cable not terminated etc.)
