Initialization Process

The last station that joins the claim token process has to generate a new token. Furthermore, it has to notify all other ring station about the new TTRT value.

The new token is a nonrestricted token: stations must not capture the token for data transmissions because all stations have to recognize the new token for ring initialization (stations change to normal operation mode when receiving the new token).
