Phase 6: Request initialization
The new adapter sends an station initialization request MAC frame the the RPS's functional address. If the adapter needs parameter values other than the default parameters, the RPS will pass them then over by sending a station initialization response MAC frame (similar to station initialization MAC frames sent by the CRS). If the new adapter doesn't receive a response frame it will use the default values.
